According to the findings, approximately 52,000 children between the ages of five and sixteen are out of school in the Islamabad Capital Territory. To address this issue, the National Education Foundation, Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education, and Solidar Pakistan have come together to provide quality education to out-of-school children (OOSC). The first step in this collaborative effort was the establishment of two schools in I-9/4 and I-10/4 of ICT to enroll OOSC.

On Thursday 10th November 2022 opening ceremony of Star School Badia Qadir Bakhsh was inaugurated by the honourable guests’ Ambassador of Türkiye H.E. On 7th November 2022, National Education Foundation-NEF and Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education-PAGE agreed to build a partnership by signing a Letter of Agreement (LoA) on identifying the out-of-school children in Islamabad, opening of non-formal schools in I-9 and I-10 Islamabad, and providing quality education.

We are pleased to share that the Sustainable Development Goals Secretariat (SDGs Secretariat) and Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education-PAGE have agreed to build cooperation by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on achieving SDG 4 (Quality Education for All) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality) in Pakistan.

Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education and the Turkish Red Crescent signed the agreement to support 100 Street Children in Islamabad, especially girls who are engaged in begging and child labour.

PAGE and the Capital University of Science & Technology (CUST) have signed an MOU through which the students from diverse backgrounds are placed in PAGE for completing 65 hours of volunteer work.

We are thrilled to share that PAGE hosted a forum meeting with The Pakistan Education Sector Working Group on Education in Emergency (EiE), on 5th July 2022. The Pakistan Education Sector Working Group on Education in Emergence is an open forum for education and education in emergency practitioners.
