Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education in collaboration with the Turkish Red Crescent provided educational materials to 1206 students belonging to the Rohingya Community. The students from the Rohingya Community are extremely impoverished and destitute.
The distribution took place in seven different schools including the Government Girls and Boys Secondary School Gulshan e Iqbal Tameer-e-Millat Campus, Karachi, Government Primary School Pak Islamia, Farooq e Azam Campus Orangi Town, and STAR School Mehran Town with the honorable presence of Council General of Turkey in Karachi, Mr. Cemal Sangu, Head of Delegation, Turkish Red Crescent, Mr. Ibrahim Carlos and Executive Director, Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education Ms. Fajer Rabia Pasha.
The girls and boys were delighted to receive the school supplies.
