UMEED Foundation envisions to make quality health/education facilities and technology accessible to public to promote and Develop Education, Human Resource and Youth, Civil Education, Functional Literacy & Women Empowerment, Advocacy for HumanIWomenRightsIGovernance, Social Development and Environment Awareness.
It aims:
To identify, develop, construct, manage run and maintain basic facilities in the field of education and healthcare for the welfare of public without any commercial gain and income. Without in any manner derogating from the generality of the aforesaid and more specifically.
To promote education by providing modern technologies, missing facilities in schools, free education, and ways to improve formal and informal education.
To provide basic health facilities, therapy for disables, free ambulance and dispensaries, health and hygiene awareness.
To strengthen institution/human resources in different sectors of life at all levels.To contribute to the National efforts for reformation of education especially institutes and Seminars.
To Promote positive ideas and build solidarity among the poor people and communities.
To initiate the process of development in other related sectors like Youth Development, Child Protection, Urban Planning, Promotion and Protection of Human Rights.
To provide teacher training to in-service teachers of Public / Private sector in Pakistan. To conduct surveys, studies and prepare technical project proposals and feasibility reports about environment protection.
Social mobilization and motivation through focused activities, programs and workshops. Human Resources Development (HRD) through skills enhancement, professional training and basic education. Promotion of civic education, civic right and civic responsibility. Identify and address core national/current issues through seminars and symposium etc. Strengthening the roles and participation of women in the civil society.
