Trustee and Treasury of PAGE-UK, Mr. Ayub Dosani, visited the students of newly established Star School in Haripur on June 10, 2019. PAGE with support from local community and ARC to educate 1 million children, successfully enrolled 30 students in Haripur where there was no access to education. This is the first school in the area. The team proudly says that they have taken responsibility of the school supplies such as uniforms, bags, teachers, and stationery and will provide technical and financial support to this school in Haripur.
The trip was organized for Mr. Ayub Dosani to meet the children and to provide a sense of inspiration in students to go out of their way to help others get educated. This helped them in understanding the efforts others made in order to get these children enrolled in Star School. He was warmly welcomed by the students with a small bouquet decorated by the students themselves.
The students enjoyed the goodies provided by our respectable Trustee while Mr. Ayub Dosani enjoyed the poems, songs and recitation by the students. A hot sunny day was turned in to a fun filled day when the students shared their personal stories and showed gratitude for giving them a platform to get educated.
